Dell (TM) Studio 15 Laptop (S541036IN8)
Internal 8X DVD /-RW Combination Drive with dual layer write capabilities

I purchased Dell (TM) Studio 15 Laptop (S541036IN8) on 23-03 and since April this Laptop's Internal 8X DVD /-RW Combination Drive with dual layer write capabilities went out of order and many times Dell Service Centre rectify the defects, but this particular DVD again & again went out of order resulting in lot of mental disturbance to myself and my children suffered greatly due to this particular problem with DVD DRIVE.
