I had ordered a ultrabook vide Customer No: 782537729 Booking Date: 25/05.I have a written confirmation from the Dell sales executive at the store that delivery will happen in 7 working days. Suddenly after a lot of impressive looking mails I am verbally informed that the product is not available and my money finally returned on 9th June. I think it is a great revenue model to keep the customers money for a few weeks without any obligationor apology and then return the money and pocket the interest. I will defintely share my experience with friends/associates without fail.
