DELL VOSTRO 1450 NOTEBOOK

I have purchased DEL VOSTRO NOTEBOOK 1450 on MAR through direct dell. After using the notebook i felt problem in touchpad and logged a complaint for webcam, touchpad, battery and technician visited the site and changed the touchpad and again problem not working properly even logged complaint for the same 10days before no reply.can we go via legal on this issue since paid 40, 000 and delivered faulty products
