Oot mgr missing

I have bought brand new vostro 3400 one week back .as i stareted working after 5 days.system is showing bootmgr missing .as tried to reboot with my operating systems, there was an error in c-drive .my wiindows 7 is not displing in c-drive, kindly help me at the earliest
