Poor Customer Service

I have purchased a Dell XPS 1645 laptop but after 1 year, I am facing problem with my optical DVD drive. Now after I requested the customer care regarding the same, it was replaced within 48 hours. But after replacement, another problem arose and it was that my optical buttons (touch) were not working after the DELL engineer replaced the optical drive. I have sent innumerable mails to Dell regarding the same but to no good. I tried calling them up, but still there would be no response from their side.
