DELL XPS
No Response after Taking Money

Sir,

I Booked a DELL XPS Laptop at one of the Dell's Exclusive Store which is in Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on 18th January but i not recieved it yet and when i talked to them on 21st February to refund my Money as they are unable to make the laptop they agreed to give my Money back but i haven't received it yet which is 1st March.

So, Please Help me to get Back my MONEY
