I HAVE DELL XPS M1530 LAPTOP WHICH I HAVE PURCHASED ON 14/09 & AFTER ONE YEAR I UPGRADE MY WARRANTY FOR TWO YEARS FOR RS 15000,
SINCE BEFORE 7 to 8 MONTH I M FACING MANY PROBLEM IN MY SYSTEM YOU SEE MY SERVICE LOG NEAR ABOUT MORE THAN 5 TIMES YOU HAVE CHANGED MOTHERBOARD OF MY LAPTOP BUT ALWAYS SEND A FAULTY REPAIRED PART TO ME AGAIN THE START IN FEW DAYS,
TODAY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DELL THAT THAY SEND ME TWO TIME MOTHERBOARD WHICH ALREADY HAVING A SERVICE TAG NUMBER OF ANOTHER PC NEAR ABOUT 7 DAYS I HAVE FACING THIS PROBLEM TOWARDS UR COMPANY
UNFORTUNATALLY I HAVE DECIDED TO MAIL YOU THAT I AM GIVINNG YOU ONLY ONE LAST CHANCE THAT REPLACE MY FULL SYSTEM WITH NEW ONE OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OTHERWISE I WILL SUE IN COURT . I DONT WANT ANY MORE PART REPLACEMENT FROM YOUR SIDE. I REPEAT TO YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY BAACK OR REPLACE MY SYSTEM WITH NEW ONE.
