I used to think a lot about why India lacks behind in internet awareness. We do follow the western culture at it minutest, but when it come to Shopping we prefer the same old way of outing with our family in expensive malls. From the advertisement on T.V. it can be sensed that EBay India is a genuine company but as I term the worst experience of my lifetime I did a wrong choice. Ebay india is a company full of fraudsters and the biggest of them all is poonam.sachdeva. I had purchased a 32 GB pen-drive form EBay (PaisaPay ID 26249821127) for 1, 300/-, the Pen-Drive was delivered to my address only to be discovered as faulty, I demanded a replace/refund of the PenDrive, for which I was asked to send the faulty pendrive to an address in Delhi from where they were supposed to send me a replacement. I came to know that i was conned when the replacement Pen-Drive never arrived. Now I stand with no Pen-Drive and having lost my money I do not trust the activity Online shopping. I do have all the E-Mail exchanges between me and the fraudster poonam.sachdeva.
