I HAD BROUGHT A DESKTOP SG3730BEARING SERIEL NO. IMA919024J WITH TFT COLOUR MONITER SERIEL NO. CNT916C7CY ON 7TH JUNE. BUT THE MONITER BECOME BLANK ON 6TH JULY SHOWING NO SIGN. I COMPLAINED WHOSE NO. IS IDCA0795722. THE TECHNICIAN CAME AND TOLD THAT POWER POINT IS BURNT AND IT WILL BE REPLACE.IS THIS A PROPER WAY TO DEAL YOUR CUSTOMER? OR THE MONITER SHOULD BE REPLACED? PLEASE JUSTYFY ME.
