Problem of laptop

I purchased a compaq laptop (-3703 TX, S.NO-2CE80307S0) on 23/09 with one year warranty from ''momentum technologies inc. pvt.ltd'' after one month of purchasing it showed the following problems:

1) M/C is heating,

2) DVD writer is not working,

3) Display problem.

then I approached the hp service centre which is situated in 'okhla industrial area, phase -1', but they told me that your warranty period is expired & we cannot repaire it,

Then we approach consumer forum, they give me your address I am also writing a complaint in written & will be sendig you to your Banglore office.
