Very poor speed and any time disconeting

i have evdo card no is 2019415 surat india i have use last seven month

but i am very distrurb when disconect your evdo .when i am doing a iportent work and your speed are very poor when i purches card you say speed 2MBPS BUT i pay your full charge.

i am geting full speed
