Dear Sir/Madam,
I receive mail from future bazaar of daily deal offer on 06 May in which I tried to place order of Mitashi Wireless Headphones at an unheard price of Rs. 479 (Order Number is 5025299817), but unable to complete the order through online because of some problem with Net Banking and Debit Card.
I talked on online chat for assist to place the order, Mr. Deepesh from sales come up with my details and failed transaction and said: (below is the chat conversation between me and deepesh)
Deepesh: Yor order number is genrated now you will recive your product within 7 days.
Mansor: can u please let me know the address where u delivering the product?
Mansor: any acknowledgement?
Deepesh: I have a check.
Mansor: please check
Deepesh: Product will deliver to billing address.
Mansor: right
Mansor: when can i expect the product?
Deepesh: Is there anything else I may help you with?
Mansor: is there any charges for delivery?
Deepesh: Within 7 days.
Deepesh: No we don't charge.
Mansor: can u please share the acknowledge slip with me of my order
Deepesh: You will be getting with the product.
Mansor: the amount of the product is 479 right?
Deepesh: Yes
And now today 10 May yet to receive any response from them or my product, I have contacted today and asked about my order and they said (Sorry Mansoor but mistakenly we have not placed your ordered)
And suggested me that we can newly placed your order but the buy price will not be the same as before it was, I told him that this is your mistake and I wanted the same product with the same price.
They told will contact you later.
I asked them to share your official email address so I can sent you email remider but they said you can send email to [email protected].
Still am waiting response from them.
Please let me know what can I do for this?
