I have hp pavillion notebook (model no.:dv5-1005AU, product no.:FN402PA, serial no.:CNF831115Q) in warranty. My adapter is not working. I made a complaint in hp service center, they say that adapter's CT no.(WACLP0ALAW80WC) & laptop's serial no. does not match. So i went to the dealer CROMA, they say they forwarded a mail to hp & hp refused to take any action.i am also damn sure that my adapter has not been exchanged my any other adapter. It is the same adapter that i got with my laptop at the time of purchase. No one is ready to take any action.
