I purchased HCL 3858 leaptop from Prenex Systems Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad on Decemeber 12. The price on the online was Rs.30K However Mr. Subramanyam Koduri (he claims to be MD of Co.) of Prenex Systems Pvt. Ltd offered me the same model in Rs.31K with gift worth Rs.6, 000/- FREE.
He told that he is authorised dealer of HCL and as per co. policy he would give Nokia phone (some model he quoted) Reebok track suit all worth Rs.6000/-However after delivering the leaptop this man is not picking the phone neither responding to the queries.
I also spoke to HCL representatives who adviced me to forward the waranty card and invoices, buy Mr. Subramanyam has taken the waranty card promising that it needs to be registred to the company which only authorised dealers do.
I am fed up calling to this person, he doesn't pick my phone if I call from my no.and every time come up some new story.
I would like to advice the members of the group that avoid cotracting such offers from Prenex Systems Pvt. Ltd or any such kind of fraud dealers. Its better to approach co. showroom directly.
I would have approached consumer court if I had a written offers of the gifts, it was mistake on my part to accept his verbal offers.
