Dear Sir,
a problem occurred in my hcl me laptop and i complain about it to the customer care of Hcl, respect of it an engineer came to visit my home on 11th of November... and he found my hard disk was malfunctioned. He took my hard disk for replacement as my hard disk is in warranty period .my complain id is 8400063520.
generally if a hard disk damaged with in Warranty period it will totally replaced by a new one instantly, but i called them and they gave me information that they need a period of 15 days to replace any part and they told me that is their rule.
but after 15 days i called many times to their customer care and also technical department section for inquiry, they always assure me that they will give my hard disk with in 3 days.
but still now i am not receive my hard disk... it hampers my work and also my time... it irritate me totally. This is the first time that i m face such a worst service with this HCL .
So, i m request you to please take proper steps against them so that i received my hard disk as soon as possible.
