my HCL laptop machine sr. no.-3094AX294924, Product code-AX0B3841, product desc-HCL notebook B38C2D, When i give the laptop in service center area green, and after receive the laptop when i open my laptop in my home same day, my laptop upper part screw point which is handle by HCL service center, are damage, and when i tell him about that fault they asked me about its proof, i told him that please open it in front of me, than i give him poof and poof that how the laptop screw point damage, they not do this and totally give me a bad response, i also talk to mr. caption (area sales manager) and he told me that they solve my problem and and its 45 days left and there are no response come from hcl side, so please give me some serious attention on my problem and solve my problem
