Last year I purchased one HCL TFT (LCD) 19 inches bearing Sl. No. 456101300369.

My query and request:
-First of all the TFT started to create problem even before completion of a year. The display is not showing. I have already consult the local computer guy who has check all the connections. As per his observation from outside of the TFT that current is not passing.
- Second I lodge the complaint on customer care on 14th July and my Compliant no. is 8400014658. But till date nobody came and visit us. I have almost talk 20 times to customer care executives. Every time i get the response that today, tomorrow, or day after someone visit. But still I am waiting.
-Third i gave the TFT to my niece as gift and presently the TFT is installed at Paschim Vihar. She urgently require to use the computer but due to these stupid peoples her work is hindering. Who will bear the cost of her emotions.
-Fourth Who is responsible of wastage of our time to call and talk to customer care executive, dealer and other people responsible for this bull sit.
It will really a great help for us. Looking a hand of help.
