I am extremely dissatisfied by the service provided to me by the Hp service center in Hyderabad. I went there for the first time on 15/11 with a complaint in regard to my DVD drive unable to play DVDs. They returned the laptop after 3 days stating that a new DVD drive has been installed. I during that time also complained on there poor, untimely and rude assistance however no action was taken.

After a few days again on 8/12 I took my laptop as my HDD had crashed and DVD was not still not working. I was told that the laptop will be returned back to me after 3-4 working days however after regular follow ups, calls made from only my side I finally got it a week later after a made a personal call to there Manager

Even then the DVD work was not done. I was told to wait for an hour in the service center after which they asked me to go home as it was time for the center to close. I complained again and I was told that the Manager will give me a call to discuss the same.

He called me the very next day and i was assured that follow up will be made and the DVD would be repaired.

It has been 2 weeks since then and neither have I received any calls nor has my complaint been taken seriously.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The center at Hyderabad has not only made me call them a zillion times without any solution from there side but has also been unable to solve a minor issue.

The staff has been uncooperative and unresponsive.

Please help with the same. I have all necessary details and papers with me.
