I BUY A BRAND NEW HARD DISK . WHICH IS NOT WORKING WHEN I OPEN IT . I AM CREATE RMA AND THEN GIVE TO SERVICE CENTER . THAY ARE REFUSED TO ACCPET DUE TO MINOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE . AFTER I SEND A PHOTOGRAPH OF DAMAGE PART TO HITACHI . THEY ARE SENNT ME APPROVAL FOR ACCEPTEANCE. WHEN I PRESENT DO SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE CHECK MY INBOX AFTER SEE INBOX THEY ARE DEMAD ME 200 RS . AFTER I DECLINE TO PAY MONEY THAY ARE SAY ME WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH UR APPROVAL . GO AWAY FROM HERE .
