Harddisk problem

Sir,

I buy new PC from your company 6 months back. My hard disk got problem. I complaint to your office. Your employee come and take the hard disk on 22.10.2011 and he told that change and give new hard disk within 15 days. But till now I am not getting a new hard disk. If I call to that person he is not answering properly and his behaviour is not correct. So, Kindly give new hard disk as soon as possible.
