This is regarding a portable harddisk which i purchased a few months back (details of bill will be provided if required) and after using for 3 mths its stopped working, i had all datas in my harddisk on contacting the shop from where i purchased this harddisk they asked me to contact moserbaer authorized service center (neomatrics) where i gave the portable harddisk on 06/08/09 and on 20/8/09 they gave me a used reparied portable harddisk against my new portable harddisk... i wish to have my harddisk to be reparied or replace it with new one, even after mailing twice on [email protected] i have not received any reply form the company
