Poor service

I was facing some problem in my laptop that while using the laptop, sometimes all the applications used to get closed up with flickering of the screen. i took it to SONY service station in shakti nagar, Delhi and they told me that the keyboard of the laptop has to get replaced. they replaced me the keyboard and charged Rs.3500/- and just after i got my laptop back, i am getting the same problem since then.

please look into the matter and do what is appropriate
