Defective mouse supplied by above Home Shop18 Invoice No:4600 and Order No : 37189793 dated 16/10/11
at the cost of Rs. 175 through Postal Parcel. After that I have intimated then so many times (regularly) about non functioning of above mouse and Case No : 67774677. But no response either replace or refund the money was received from them so far.
