Server crashed no backup security from server side

Hi

Hostcats.com server crashed suddenly... we paid for hostcats its ISO 9001 company displayed in website ..when we asking backup they are telling its down..crashed .., we hosted more than 200 websites,

This is not first time they are crashing websites without any intimations ..

we send mail to [email protected], [email protected], livehelp.hostcats.com, called to bangalore 15 times ..no one responding... if responded ..they are saying some other things...

im not prefer hostcats anymore ..!!

we are sending mail to billing for refund our money ..
