Fail in service/not refunding the amount

Dear sir,

I have a HP 3650 printer. Today I am facing the repair problem because of part unavailability. So I contacted at HP service center at Nagpur which is Redington services.

They told me "we will repair your printer at cost of Rs. 750 for Power board and Rs 350 for service charge". Then I got it repaired for the above said cost and with Warranty of 3 Months as told by Mr. Anand (Service engineer of Redington). After one day, the printer LED was continuously blinking and printer was not working. So I told the problem to engineer at redington. But the engineer refused to repair the printer due to unavailability of board. So I requested him to give back my money if he cant fulfill the condition of Warranty. But the service center manager Mr. Anil Singh and Mr. Anand denied for giving money after billing and misbehaved with me.

So, sir what should I have to do now. Please reply as early as possible.
