Hi, i had a really horrrid time today. I made 5 calls in all to HP taking over 45 minutes. When told of my issue, i was directed to 30306363, when i called the later i was directed to 18004257737. When i called the latter i was again given the 30306363. My god! I have what i think is a simple problem,

Photosmart 7830 bought in Indonesia, i want to do the 'localisation' bit. But replacement cartridges and service my printer. Who can help??
