Mother Board Not supporting to printe

Sir/Madam;

I had purchased my Acer laptop from Singapore under serial number. LXRDG020071101CEE32000 in May. I faced a problem connecting to printer.

I had approached a service center in Ludhiana named Redington in Novelty Plaza, Ferozepur Road, they people say that we have only two service centers in India regarding international warranty support i.e in Delhi & Banglore. I had asked them to make register my complaint in Ludhiana itself but they say that we charge for your repair. Now suggest me is it justified.
