Problem not solved during the worrenty period

Sir i have bought a hp laptop last year.i had few problems with my laptop durind its warrenty period.

it was related to lcd screen and fan.i submitted it to hp survice centre in gaziabad.they solved the problem of fan bt said tht tht screen problm will be solved whnen i will do formatting.i did the same but it didnt happened.they called me again for the feedback nt i told them that the problm exists... they told me that i can come to their centre with my laptop nd they will fix the problm.ai asked a date they gave me a date of 2nd jan..by that time my warrenty expired.they now say that they will not do it... i am plannind to do in cosumer court if action is not taken immediately.
