Bought hp laptop last year, many things repalced under guarantee within one year but dvd writer they hadn't replaced though in guarantee ;there reply that CT no. is mismsatching, but as a customer why i am suffering i tried several times contacting one or other person at there service centre & customer care but of no... use. emailed also but they are not even bothered to reply.
SHAME on HP. A multi billion and multi nation organisation and so improper service & faulty products.
1st: expensive laptop; 2nd: many defects; 3rd: all things cant be replaced in a single visit; 4th: replacement/delivery not in time; 5th: customer care lacks in knowledge thus wasting our time & money, they are giving no.s to call and on calling everyone is saying that who is given our no. we dont handle these things and better to call customer care again.
