I have purchased HP Compaq Presario on 31st august. I have registered for student offer philips media player. The amount 1299/- has been deducted from my account. But i have not received any gift. nobody is there to update the status. i have contacted on 0172-6614400 & also sent many emails from their website. But no reply.
