I purchased HP Laptop Emall- Vstrapur - ahmedabad on 18-01
and send cheque to HP Redemption Cell along with other docs to avail the LCD offer.
They deducted 9000/= on 05th March. and i get sms for same.
Since 20-April i didn't received LCD except they send me an email to wait (for how long?)
Even on coustermer care I can't get information, mosty its busy or once in while if answered no body can properly give information. some time system not responding some time pepole are not responding.
