Under the warranty extension scheam of HP, i sent a demand draft worth INR 1133/- and the other mandatory documents to SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD on 2nd of JUNE DD number –“001162” 600211050 – payable at New delhi. The payment of which has been accepted by solutions integrated marketing solutions. Still they did not provide me with the service and their Customer care service delayed it beyond proportions and now i cannot reclaim for the offer.
