I purchased Hp laptop model probook 4530s on 24th december. when i was making hard disc partition my hard disc got crash all partion become dynamic. then i tried the hp recovery but recovery is also not working. it also do not provide recovery disc..so i called hp customer care about this issue and told them to send me the recovery disc.as i have paid for the operating system also i should be provided with my operating system cd.they replyed that they can not be able to send the recovery disc as the laptop i have was not shipped in india.i have the bill of laptop which i have purchased in patna which is in india.. so please help me
