Offsite warranty not attending properly

As per our previous discussion with HP Care online service We stork Ferro and Mineral Industries hand over a HP MFP 1005 Model Sl. No. CNG9BBM6C Prd. No. CB376A to M/s. Redington, Balasore and the error they noted in service Report as Printer Spooler Error after 10 to 12 pages printing, but now they have mishandled the product & charge us to pay the amount for service an the Power Supply of your printer is burnt. If this type of fradulant activities are being occured with the customer, then the hope of warranty over HP product is very difficult. SO please consider the above matter as urgent
