Sub.: Dysfunction of your Product HP M 1136 MFP
Dear Sir,
Please refer to my communications referred above which is self-explanatory and perhaps, an Extra-Ordinary example of endless harassment for a Customer, who chooses & trusted a giant Multi-National that is famous globally for their product & services.
But now I am quite doubtful about my knowledge & ideas as it experienced me totally reverse. My existing Product was made of ‘Canon’ who always provides sincere all possible help and assistances in need to Customers; at least I felt the same. As I presumed it is much applicable to my trusted one “HP”, I bought the product (MF Printer) without thinking a twice or hesitation.
Now, just reveal the consequences:
i) I bought the ‘HP’ product from ‘HP WORLD’, an associates of HP and I requested them repeatedly for sending someone who can learn me about the ‘Multifunction Activities’ of the product but they denied and assured me its very easy to operate – just plug & play – but the situation tells the different story.
ii) I have hired a Taxi for carrying the product to my Home.
iii) I continuously in touch with HP –people to get it function properly as I badly require some print-out immediately and the outcome? Self-explanatory.
iv) Now I need to mark an absent from my Duty and again hire a Taxi to carry my ‘prestigious’ product to your Service Centre and if they kind enough to issue me a memo for a replacement one I need to present the same to your Business Partner for the same.
v) Further I need to hire a Taxi to carry the ‘precious & prestigious’ product to my home.
No doubt, nothing can be compared with such an arrangements and an awarding prize for total trust and dependency with a globally famous Multi-National Corporate.
I understand, definitely I shall receive a reply mail with “sorry” and it won’t effect or create an impact at all with HP’s totality of business but this very true this will effect to at least one customer who will think a twice before buying a HP product further. And …..dew drops gradually becomes an ocean.

* N.B. Please also note I requested repeatedly to your Officer, Mr. Dipak (Dated 14th instant Time 19.34 Hrs IST) for sending some one to my home expressing the inability for a 59 years old man to carry the product to your Service Centre but he just explained the Company Policy even it’s bought a day earlier. I think & strongly recommend that you should re-think about your policy and for the first time (as a DEMO) you should send a Technical Person at on-site before starting use such a Product.
