UPS not found from HP Computer Company

I have purchaed a pc from hp computer from MLA INFOTEK, Siliguri, WB.

details as below:-

Prod# - NC632AA#ACJ

Sl. No. -INA8470B79

date of Purchase: 10.01.2009.

Redemption Code: G2J316H9VZ

Vide above said PC there are two free gifts offered i.e Printer & UPS but i had found Printer only from the above said gift partialy paid some amount through DD/check. UPS not yet found from HP Computer Company.

pl. solve my problem.
