Loan amt.cleared but my name not removed from cibil as borrowe

I had aconsumer loan with bajaj finance, loan a/c no.410-010246.the loan amount already have paid & bajaj finance provided a loan clearence certificate on 15/01/10.

All documents has sent to cibil but till date my name is reflecting as aborrower. Moreover the local bajaj office has closed without any information. My application

for aloan has rejected from Indus ind &Family credit on this ground. I am facing an embrassing situation. nobody to hear to proper matter.
