Not taking proper response during warranty period

Sir,

i have a hp pavilion dv41411tu laptop. during it's warranty period i got a problem of screen flickering. when i gone to Sparax Techonologies Pvt .ltd. Jamshedpur they told me that there is a crack on the screen so we can't do any thing regarding this because it's a physical damage. when i asked that is this flickering is due to physical damage they told no.then i ask what is the reason of flickering but they where not able to give a answer. when i complain on hp customer care they told me that we will give feedback within 7 days but still they have not given any feedback. I also ask them that if flickering is not due to physical damage then why not the problem can be shootout by you? but they are not taking interest at all.

my laptop serial no is CND93250T8, and my date of complain was 29.10.2010.
