Still not received Videocon LCD

Dear Sir,

I had purchased HP laptop on 10th January. There was promotions during that time. The promotion was 22" Videocon LCD by paying addtional Rs9000/-. I had registered on their site i got the redemption code ie (CYF16XADAZ). I have still not received any feed back from them. Please look in to the matter at the earliest.
