No support from dealer or company

My name is Danish khan. I purchased an HP laptop from lucknow dated 2nd July. The dealer is Sigma Traders at Lalbagh in Lucknow. The details of the laptop are as follows:

Model: dv6314TX

s/n: CNF7201HYZ

P/N: GJ154PA#ACJ

The problem that i am facing is that my laptop always overheats along with the adapter and makes a very strange kind of shrilling noise. The noise is made by the adapter as well. Also the lcd screen always blacks out and flickers i.e., Flashes intermittently. This happens mostly during the charging process. To correct the flickering I often have to move the lcd screen to and fro (bend a little forward and backwards again). This severely hampers my performance at work. Please provide me a solution. Neither the dealer nor the company has provided any support as yet. My little research on the internet tells me that hp pavillion dv6000 series laptop had defective video cards and display screens.
