Ref work order no-BL/10/03027 of Redington.
I had purchased Hp touchsmart pc which is less than 3yrs old, experienced problem with the display panel. Contacted your service center and none of them were in aposition to repair or replace the defective part. I am surprised and shocked that there is no service or support. For all the talk about product service, which exists only on paper, I hope Hp takes note of the same and offer some solution by providing a new product at a discounted price. I feel totally let down by Hp.
