Dear sir, i have purchased whole pc sustem of i ball TFT, keyboard, mouse, 5.1 speakers, haedphone, pan drive on 6-11 bcoze i trust on i ball and its services. but now i am highly disappointed from your side.the problem is my keyboard cordless couple s/no.90512m02919 is not working when i go to services center they said you have to submitted whole set keyboard mouse i agree when i go to there with keyboard and mouse they said you have to pay extra charge bcoz mouse back cover is missing. you have to pay whole ammount of a new mosue i don't know why should i pay while i am in under warranty and only my key board is not working my mouse is in good condition why should i pay for mouse 2 years is a long time and it is not possible to keep mouse back cover while we put 100 times battery in and out in a day. i ball have only motto to make money in the name of customer services or customer satisfaction. i adviesd all of you never to buy any item of i ball in future bcoz they know very well how to make money but don't know how to satisfied their customer. it tooks 10 years to make a customer and 10 sec to loose.
