I bought a mosaer baer pendrive on tradus.in (an online initiative by the ibibo group) on 22nd december.
the payment got deducted from my bank as being reflected in my statement but duue to some technnical fault at the company's the order couldnt be processed. Despite repitive e mails and long telephonic with conversations with the executives, where i did even provide the transaction ids and other details, nothing has been done so far.it has added to the mental agony and made me loose faith on online shopping sites.
please help
