Not received pf cheque yet

My PF claim id is PYKRP 101200006232 and i got a message that you had send my pf cheque no 551748 to given branch details on date 11/01. But still it is not deposited in my branch account. So please investigate the status as early as possible and if possible please provide despatch details.
