I had booked the above-mentioned Laptop, which was delivered, to me at my Residence address. At the time of booking Laptop, I was being told by the Booking Person of TVC Skyshop that the Laptop wouldn’t have any kind of problems as it is tested and it is a Hot Selling Product. But Sir, after getting the Laptop, I came to know that the Windows Ce installed in the Laptop doesn’t allow any Softwares to be installed, not even the Software of Broadband Internet and also of Printer. I complained to TVC Skyshop and one of the Customer Executives, Mr. Ankit Singh of TVC told me that may be it may be the problem with the USB Ports of the Laptop and hence he noted my complaint for replacement of Laptop vide Complaint No. 7208829_167. But on not getting the replacement I again called TVC Skyshop and one Mr. Bijendra Yadav again noted my complaint vide Complaint No. 724742_167 for replacement and Windows Ce Problem. But till date, I have not received the replaced Laptop even after two weeks of Complaint. Sir, I would also like to state here that I had told Mr. Ankit Singh of TVC Skyshop that if possible, send the replaced Laptop with Windows XP installed. He told me that he will definitely let his Seniors know and tell them to speak with me. But no Seniors Called Me. Sir, I would like to mention that the Laptop given to me is totally useless, as the Windows Ce installed does not allow me to do anything. Can anybody register a Case against the Frauds viz. TVC Skyshop Ltd. so that they can't cheat any other person anymore or can anybody pass on this Complaint to Mr. Vinod Agarwal, Chairman - cum - Managing Director of TVC Skyshop Ltd. who also seems to be fraud.
