HP Lap Top Pavillion
Non extension of service warranty beyond one yea

I purchased a Lap Top model HP Pavillion DV4-1242 TX, Sr. No. CND9100SHM from authorised dealer of HP at Chennai. At the time of purchase, I was informed that I can renew my warranty any time during the first year. But later the dealer / HP have refused to extend the warranty beyond one year. The customer is being taken for a ride.
