Warranty extension

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your notice that i have paid Rs.3500/- for the extension of warranty of my laptop on 1-12, but i have not got the certificate till date. I have called up there several times but i have not got proper answer from those person.

So i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
