Sir i have an internet cafe in dammaiguda, R.R.dist, i was using relience wyfie connection middle of every month the connection is slow and im paying 1670 per month for high speed, but always the net get's disconnected when we complain to the customer care they give us a complain no nearly 4 to 5 complain no i recive through sms and the problem will be the same last month i tried to complain regarding the problem i have to wait 10 to 15min in the line till the customer answer's me and when they answer the call the same procudure complaint no will be allotted so i decieded to disconnect the connection so after 2 to 3 days i got the line and on 30th of may i asked them to disconnect the connection all my bill are cleared and i need to pay may month bill which i used for half the month im ready to pay the bill but the they are asking me to pay for the june month which im not using it when therer is no connection then y should i pay is their any solution please help me
