Debugger entry in registry

A registry entry is being created by the name of debugger every time a user log in a particular computer which disables the icons from being displayed on the screen of the user... the following is the path of the registry entry

in the registry editor (regedit)

1. h key local machine

2. software

3. microsoft

4. windows nt

5. current version

6. image file execution

7. explorer.exe

8. dubber

this debugger has to be deleted every day so that the user could see the icons on the computer . can we get a permanent solution 4 this so that every day entry deletion of DEBUGGER from the registry could be avoided ..
