INABILITY TO UPDATE MY PROFILE

Dear Sir,

I have an IRCTC log in Account by the name vijayrao51 Tel No: 9177044457. When I logged in to my Account and tried to buy a train ticket I received the message " Booking is not allowed as your Account has been suspended". When I made the complaint to make My Trip they generated a Reference ID120702 - 031444. i subsequently received message from IRCTC to update my profile.

As I was trying to update my profile I am receiving the message " You are not allowed to update your Account as you are a suspended user"

Please help to resolve the issue. Thank you
